Ongoing volunteer needs

Resident & Family Support

Provide a compassionate and comforting presence to our residents and their families by offering companionship. Your role is to offer comfort and friendship through conversation, reading, or simply being a supportive presence.

Activities & Engagement

Foster connection with residents one-on-one or in group settings. Your role is to facilitate activities (e.g., completing puzzles, playing board games) and provide engagement opportunities (e.g., sharing a meal).

Guest Services

As the welcoming face of the Morning Light Home, you will provide a professional and caring first point of contact for all visitors. Your role is to answer phone calls, greet and direct guests, and other administrative tasks as needed.

The Home is always looking for volunteers willing to share their time and talents by planning or assisting with activities at the Home. This could include:

Musical Entertainment
Pet Therapy
Hair Care
And any other special activity that you would like to bring to the residents!

Special Events Volunteer

Provide support for events held throughout the year, both at the Home and off-site. Roles may include event set-up and tear-down, attendee check-in, or transporting supplies to ensure event success. This is a great opportunity for those who love to be hands-on and spread mission awareness.
