Pennwood Place Apartments is a 35-unit apartment complex with suites featuring a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and a washer-dryer unit.

Pennwood Place is proud to provide several activities, speakers, and services each month to increase the quality of life for its residents. The complex also boasts an on-site exercise room stocked with treadmills, bicycles, and elliptical machines.

Pennwood is proud to have partnered with organizations such as the Dr. Michael Miller & the Miller Care Group and Regions Bank, just to name a few.

Pennwood Place is located on the Northeast side of Indianapolis, just south of the Glendale Town Center.
