Morning Light Tells State Conference How Diversity Makes a Difference
Executive Director Tom Fodor shared how Morning Light intentionally promotes inclusion and supports a diverse workforce.
Morning Light’s Tom Fodor was one of many featured presenters at the recent Prosperity Indiana Summit held virtually in mid-January 2021.
That group promotes community development and betterment all over Indiana. Tom’s talk was entitled “Small With Large Impact: How Morning Light Builds With Diversity.”
Attendees learned how Morning Light intentionally promotes inclusion, as evidenced by prominently displaying its non-discrimination statement on its website. Tom also addressed economic factors that support a diverse workforce, including promoting from within and providing benefits.
The two-day Prosperity Indiana statewide conference focused this year on overcoming racial barriers and addressing injustice.
