Morning Light Vice Chair Adam Richter’s valuable service has been recognized by Real Estate People. That local networking professional group recently chose Adam to receive one of its first Real Estate People’s Choice Awards. He was recognized for his chairmanship of Morning Light’s Real Estate Facilities Committee. In the past two years, he facilitated improvements to the organization’s 4701 N. Keystone property including a long discussed parking lot /landscaping initiative. That office location, along with the Abbie Hunt Bryce Home, now has ten year capital improvement plans as well as flexible financing options thanks to Adam’s guidance.
