Morning Light, Inc. fosters nonprofit community services and programs in central Indiana for the terminally ill, seniors, and families of limited means in need of health, wellness or end of life care.
It's a holiday tradition that was never more needed than in the virus plagued year of 2020! Managepoint employees Tim Lake, Dee Record, Shelby Day and Mandy McGuinness dropped off three carloads full of daily living supplies, linens and towels to the Abbie Hunt Bryce Home December 9th! This was the third consecutive year that Managepoint employees collected in kind goods for our hospice residents. Every year it's easily the single largest in kind donation! Operations Manager Rachael Wimbush (far left) was even pressed into duty to help unpack the goods which filled the foyer of the main dining area! Managepoint is the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) serving as Morning Light's human resources partner. This annual sign of generosity was even more crucial this year as many businesses which conducted in person collections are now working remotely. In fact, such in kind collections were down almost 50% entering December. Managepoint's timely visit may signal that more help is on the way!
