Morning Light, Inc., operators of the award winning free hospice residence, the Abbie Hunt Bryce Home, and Pennwood Place for seniors, seeks a full time Administrative Specialist to work in an office setting. You will provide the support to make our business operations go!  Duties include: 

  • Assisting with organizing, planning, and execution of special events.
  • Developing meeting schedules/agendas for staff, Board, and Committee meetings in conjunction with staff leadership.
  • Supporting payroll processing.
  • Monitoring cash flow and investments as needed.
  • Working with staff on communications projects. 
  • Transcribing Board and Committee minutes.

We are looking for a high school or recent Associates Degree graduate who is eager to learn and earn! We offer full benefits, including health care coverage and unpaid Family Medical Leave, plus a generous paid time off system.  Starting pay $14 /hr.  We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
