Rousing Success - Beach Ball 2018 Makes History!

For the first time in its fifteen year history, the Beach Ball grossed more than $60,000 to benefit patients who stay free of charge at Morning Light's Abbie Hunt Bryce Home!  This year's event was sponsored in part by Eskenazi Health, Forum Credit Union, The Naked Monkey, and PNC.  All-time highs were set in total raised, attendance, auction proceeds, and Fund A Cause contributions!  The event also received much prominence this year thanks to Honorary Chair Sue Ellspermann. The current Ivy Tech Community College President and former Indiana Lt. Governor reminded the crowd of 200+ that Ivy Tech provides many of the personnel for key healthcare providers in central Indiana so she was proud to be associated with the event!

The 2018 Beach Ball was held at the State Fairgrounds Grand Hall on March 3rd.  Thanks to community purport the event raised enough money to fund two months of operations at the Abbie Hunt Bryce Home.  Plans are already underway for next year's Beach Ball, targeted for the first Saturday in March 2019!
